THE PLATFORM

The SixDot platform

One accessible and usable platform for state agencies. Three apps that take work off your staff, sharing one sign-in, one accessibility standard and one hosting environment.

THE PROBLEM

Every new system is a new login, a new accessibility fight and a new vendor to chase

Agencies buy tools one at a time. Each one brings its own complexity, its own idea of accessible, its own hosting questionnaire and its own support desk. Your staff learn three systems to do one job, and the people who depend on screen readers too often get the version nobody tested. SixDot exists so you solve those problems once, on a platform that remains elastic with your needs.

THE APPS

Three apps on one platform

SixDot Knowledge Interpreter

SixDot Knowledge Interpreter

Studies show that staff spend hours searching policy manuals for answers they need in minutes. SixDot KI answers from your own agency managed and approved policies, procedures, and guidance with linked citations to the authoritative content.

SixDot Business Enterprise

SixDot Business Enterprise

Randolph-Sheppard programs often run on a bolt-on CMS, spreadsheets, email and memory. SixDot BE puts vendors, facilities, reports, attachments, and work orders in one accessible place with clear separation of duties and transparent report value drill-down for review and auditing to every number.

SixDot Ticket Manager

SixDot Ticket Manager

Requests arrive by email and hallway conversation, and nothing is tracked. SixDot TM is a service desk your staff will use, with routing, status and a full history.  Compatible integration with SixDot KI to help answer questions while logging a ticket.

Need something the three apps do not cover? Custom apps are built on the same platform, so they inherit the same sign-in, accessibility standard, hosting and support from day one.

WHAT IT DOES

Shared services every SixDot app gets

These are built into the platform, not bolted onto each app. Add SixDot KI, BE or TM and all of this comes with it.

One identity

Microsoft Entra ID sign-in with the accounts and MFA rules your agency already runs. One account across every SixDot app, managed by your IT team with the tools it already has.

An Accessibility Conformance Report with every release

Automated accessibility checks run on every build. Each release ships with an updated ACR (VPAT) so your procurement and IT teams always have current evidence, not a report from two years ago.

Independent testing

Beyond the automated checks, apps are tested by QualityLogic, an independent accessibility firm, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with screen reader and keyboard users first.

Accessible documents out, not just screens

Statements, notices and filings are rendered as tagged PDF from the same accessibility-checked HTML, so what a licensed blind vendor downloads reads with a screen reader too.

Azure Government hosting

Every app runs on Microsoft Azure Government: US-only data residency, FedRAMP High infrastructure, operated by screened US personnel.

Your data, isolated

Each agency gets its own isolated database. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access you control. Exportable when you ask.

Monitoring and alerting

Around-the-clock monitoring with alerting on availability and performance, and a full audit log of who did what in every app.

Reporting across apps

Dashboards and reports that span your SixDot apps, so program data and service data sit side by side instead of in separate exports.

Notifications

One notification service for every app, by email and Microsoft Teams. It powers the reminders in SixDot BE and the ticket alerts in SixDot TM, with the recipients and events set by your administrators.

Integrations

APIs published through Azure API Management for the systems you already run, so SixDot data can flow to and from your case management, finance and reporting tools.

One support relationship

A dedicated account manager, standard training included with every app, and one place to call. All direct Outlook Insight employees.

WHY DIRECTORS CHOOSE IT

Solve it once, then add apps

  • Blind-first is the default. Accessibility is a platform property, so no app can ship below the bar.
  • Procurement once. SixDot Knowledge Interpreter and SixDot Business Enterprise are named on Sourcewell contract 110724-OUTLK, so eligible agencies skip the RFP.
  • Security review once. Hosting, identity and data handling are the same for every app, so your IT team reviews the platform, not three products.
  • Built with agencies, not for them. Early design partners shape each app before general release.

GETTING STARTED

Where agencies start

01

Start with the pain

Most agencies begin with SixDot KI because the payoff shows up in the first week.

02

Add the program

SixDot BE follows for agencies that run a Randolph-Sheppard program.

03

Add the desk

SixDot TM comes in when the agency wants one place for staff requests and vendor work orders.

04

Keep one login

Each app you add arrives on the same sign-in, the same hosting and the same support relationship.
